Now called Great Eastern. Half pub, half Indian eating establishment. Word is food is good. Update Oct 2007 - Pub closed at present. Went past on Saturday 13th, hoardings were being erected along the perimeter of the plot, with workmen on sight, and the pub clearly closed .. fully boarded up by the end of the day.
