Cider fest at Duke of Hamilton, Hampstead
|
As keen readers of The Full Pint will be aware, the Duke of Hamilton, Hampstead (runner-up in our 2009 Pub of the Year competition) is to hold another of its cider festivals over the late May bank holiday weekend - 22/23/24 May. There will be over 20 different ciders and perries together with landlord Richard Wooderson's famous hog roast. We have not got a lot of detail on the range at the moment but this is what we prised out of Richard, "Over 20, hecks as ever, and also milwhites from hertfordshire. This year I am pushing further west into the darkest west country rather than heading up to gloucestershire." The pub is at 23-25 New End, NW3 1JD. |
