A quick recipe from Loredana Beasley
Sole in beer
Ingredients:
8 fillets of sole
2 tbs of flour
2 tsp of capers
3 tbs of tomato sauce
1/2 pint/275ml of real lager
3 tbs of olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
Dip the fish in the flour and brown them in oil. Add salt and pepper
and the beer. Let it evaporate, add the tomato sauce and the drained
capers. Cook for a few more minutes and serve.
