Formerly 'Winchmore Arms' and 'Chase Side Tavern', opened under new name December 2008 as an upmarket, minimalist, cocktail/spirits lounge and restaurant. Hardly a graphic or notice in sight. Three handpumps at end of bar are just for show, though draught Guinness (£3.20 a pint) and lager is available (change arrives on a silver tray). Can get immensely crowded. Live jazz.
